Our #1 priority is getting your order to you as quickly as possible, without sacrificing quality and accuracy. As soon as you place your order, we send it to our warehouse for processing and shipping. Please allow 1-2 days for your order to process, depending on what time you place your order. We do not offer weekend shipping, so orders placed on Friday or over the weekend are not processed until early the following week.

Shipping Methods, Transit Times, and Rates
Standard (5 – 7 Business Days):
- $8.00 for orders under $75
- Free for orders of $75 or more
- Includes Hawaii and Alaska
Expedited (2 – 4 Business Days):
- $10.00 for all orders
- Delivery on Saturday and Sunday not available
- Available for all 50 US states including Hawaii and Alaska
- Excludes APO/FPO addresses and US Territories
Next-Day (Overnight – for orders placed by 2 pm EST):
- $25.00 for all orders
- Orders placed after 2 pm EST will ship the following business day
Standard Shipping
For Standard Ground shipping, please allow 1-2 business days for your order to process. Your order will arrive 5-7 business days after purchase. Our warehouse does not operate over the weekend, so orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will not be processed until early the following week, excluding holidays.
Expedited Shipping
For Expedited shipping, please allow 1-2 business days for your order to process. Your order will arrive 2 business days after processing. Orders placed on Friday will be processed the same day or the following Monday, and orders placed over the weekend will be processed Monday or Tuesday the following week, excluding holidays.
Next-Day Shipping
For overnight or 1 day shipping, please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be delivered. Orders placed before 2 pm EST Monday through Friday will be processed the same day and arrive the following business day. Orders placed after 2 pm EST Monday through Thursday will be processed the following day and arrive 1 business day later. Orders placed after 2 pm EST on Friday and over the weekend will be processed on Monday and arrive the following business day.
Direct Signature Required
To ensure the safe delivery of your packages, NAPCA may require a signature at the time of delivery for larger orders or higher priced items. Once you place your order, we will let you know our estimated delivery date and if your signature will be required. Deliveries are made to the address on the mailing label, not to an individual recipient. We will accept a signature from anyone at the residential or business delivery address. Unfortunately, we will not accept signatures or requests for change of address on the delivery door tag, but if we miss you the first time, the carrier will attempt delivery two more times.

- Orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday (excluding holidays).
- For Orders that require Direct Signature, NAPCA will not be able to ship to U.S. Territories, APO/FPO and P.O. Box addresses.
- NAPCA is not responsible for damage or loss of goods that occurs after delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout.
